About

Jacquelyn Covington is the author and founder of Flash Bar LLC, a company dedicated to making bar preparation simple, affordable, and effective for every student. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and Operations from the University of Arizona Global Campus and later received her Juris Doctor degree from Trinity Law School in Santa Ana, California. During law school, Jacquelyn excelled in Moot Court and was an active member of the Women’s Legal Society, where she supported and mentored fellow students. Known for being a lifelong learner—someone who could easily be a forever student—Jacquelyn has always been passionate about helping others understand complex material in a way that feels intuitive and manageable. As a former law student herself, she spent thousands of dollars searching for clear, well-structured outlines and study tools, but none of the materials felt quite right. They were either overwhelming, incomplete, or lacked the practical guidance she needed. Out of that frustration, Flash Bar was born. She created her own outlines, flashcards, rule statements, checklists, and exam strategies—organized, simplified, visually clean, and specifically tailored for California students. Today, Flash Bar LLC reflects her commitment to making legal education accessible and empowering students with study materials designed by someone who truly understands what it’s like to be in their shoes.
